i remember the time when we visited Jo and Allen when they lived in leighton buzzard.

I was 10 at the time, it was in the summer holidays and we were all outside in the garden.

At the time, one of my hobbies was judo, and Jo asked me to show her one of the judo moves i had been taught, which i was really happy t show off.

So with great gusto i did a hip throw on Jo and threw her over on to ground and then jumped on top of  her and held you down with a judo hold. After we had finished and she got up she said that her side was very sore from where i had held her down, Mum, Dad and Allen said jokingly said hope I hadn't broke her ribs.

A week later we got a phone call from Jo saying I had broken a couple of her ribs. she was not best amused.
